Project Anagram pub. Ltd. was founded in 2013. by Ivan Giljanović, building technician and Ana Jurišić licensed architect after having gained vast experience in all aspects of architectural sphere. We are engaged in designing multi-purpose buildings (multiplex), movie theatres, residential and non-residential buildings, reconstructions and adaptations of existing buildings in a way to meet new requirements; we also deal with energy certifications, energy renewal issues, legalization and determination of ownership over exactly defined parts of a residential building (condominium), we work out in detail all projects including the projects of rational exploitation of energy and heat preservation.

Our principal activity is designing, i.e. working out of design solutions and preliminary designs as well as final and detailed designs, always trying to find a perfect balance between investor's wishes and possibilities that are offered by location, law regulations and finances. Being a team composed of an architect and a building technician we are able to cover the entire process - from creation all way through designing, obtaining required licences, making costs analysis to finally organizing and attending to construction process.

We like to overcome limitations and find within them adequate solutions which would add new quality to a given location and make it unique among the multitude of standardized projects. Therefore we appreciate the collaboration with demanding investors, those who request better and more, who search for a building adjusted to the plot and particular user.

An architect is an explorer always faced with the questions and without immediate answers because each task is particular and solution variations are ... almost infinite.
